I'm Leti — a Phoenix-based Emergency Department Technician, LNA, and EMT, with all nursing school prerequisites completed and currently working toward enrollment. For 6 years I've worked in a children's hospital emergency department, and I know firsthand what it means to be exhausted, pressed for time, and still needing real nutrition to get through another day.

Letty's Lunchbox started because I wanted to feed my community the way I feed my own family — with love, real ingredients, and food that actually tastes good. No diet-culture portion sizes. No mystery ingredients. Just honest, homestyle cooking made with care.
